Acroyoga Playshop Series

Join me in this playful and interactive class series as we explore the different aspects of partner acrobatic yoga.  We will practice effective communication (both verbal and nonverbal) to build trust with one another and ensure safety.  Come for one class or commit to all three.  Each class will build on the one before.
