I would be honored to support you during one of the most sacred and transformative moments of your life. My goal is to support you in having a confident and empowering birth experience. As my family and I are currently traveling for a few years, I encourage you to reach out if you feel a connection with me as your birth doula. If I’m able to travel to your location, I’ll plan to stay nearby and remain on-call for 4–5 weeks around your due date—arriving two weeks prior and staying up to one week after your baby’s birth. Please note that a $450 travel and commitment fee will be added to the package price below. I also invite you to explore my Curate Your Retreat—At Home page, where you can discover additional à la carte options such as prenatal or postpartum massage, acupuncture, or yoga classes to enrich your self-care and make our time together even more fulfilling.

My journey to becoming a doula…
My fascination with pregnancy and birth began when I was ten years old and witnessed my cousin’s birth—jaw dropped in awe the entire time. In my early twenties, I supported my sister through two of her four births, and I knew then that it wouldn’t be my last. I became deeply passionate about birth, devouring documentaries and books on the subject just for fun. I even considered becoming a midwife but told myself to wait until I had experienced it firsthand and gained some life-earned wisdom.
More than a decade later, I finally had my own home birth. It was long, intense, and brought forth a 9-pound baby—but I did it! And it was the most incredible moment of my life. Soon after, one of my dearest acupuncture patients asked me to attend her birth, and my heart lit up. I immediately signed up for formal doula training.
Every birth I’ve attended since has been completely unique, yet one thing remains the same—the raw, divine feminine power, resilience, and perseverance of birthing women. It is a force of nature, and every time, I am deeply humbled to witness it.
