Ashlee is passionate about integrating diverse healing modalities to help individuals cultivate deeper wellness and restore balance in body, mind, and spirit.
Her journey into the healing arts began over 20 years ago as a licensed massage therapist, soon followed by yoga teacher training. As she immersed herself in these practices, her love for travel and deep connection to nature profoundly shaped her approach, infusing her healing work with a sense of freedom, joy, and holistic mind-body awareness. Inspired by her personal healing experiences, she pursued a four-year Master’s degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, further expanding her ability to support others on their wellness path.
Ashlee has been a Licensed Acupuncturist for 10 years, combining her expertise in acupuncture, massage therapy, and yoga. She owned and operated her own acupuncture clinic in Charleston, SC, for four years while continuing to practice and teach. With experience treating a wide range of conditions, she has a particular passion for women's health, autoimmune conditions, stress and pain management, insomnia, digestive disorders, grief, anxiety, depression, and preventative care. Ashlee considers it an honor to support others on their journey toward optimal health and well-being.
Ashlee’s journey into birth work was sparked by her prenatal patients’ need for support and deepened through the profound experience of her own natural home birth. This led her to become a certified holistic birth doula, dedicated to guiding women through the transformative journey of motherhood and helping them reconnect with their innate strength and power.
She is also the Co-Founder and Retreat Leader of MAHA Retreats, curating transformative wellness experiences in beautiful, healing environments.
More recently, she completed the Wahls Protocol® Health Practitioner Certification, inspired by her own journey of overcoming an MS diagnosis. Living symptom-free, Ashlee is deeply committed to empowering others with the knowledge and tools to reclaim their health and vitality.
