Travel Yoga Teacher

Nomadic Healing Arts, the traveling expression of MAHA 3.0, allows me to share my work as we travel. Whether offering acupuncture, massage, yoga, or doula support, my approach is rooted in care and adaptability—meeting people where they are and creating space for restoration. Each offering is tailored to the needs of those who feel called to receive it.

Check back soon for updates on upcoming offerings and pop-ups as we journey through the Southeast from March to May and to see where we’re headed next. If you’re in the region and want to stay in the loop—or be the first to know about our next destination—reach out, I’d love to connect.

Points & Poses Workshops

Where Yoga Meets Chinese Medicine for Restorative Wellness

Join Ashlee for an educational and restorative journey that blends the wisdom of Yoga and Chinese Medicine. Each workshop features a thoughtfully curated yoga class, followed by a mini-acupuncture session enhanced with essential oils and gentle massage, all while you unwind in savasana.

The acupuncture points, asanas, aromatherapy, and wellness tips are tailored to the season’s energy and its corresponding element and meridians—or aligned with the specific focus of the workshop. You’ll leave each session with practical tools, fresh insights, and renewed inspiration to cultivate balance and improve your overall health.

For larger groups (10+), I offer an alternative version featuring self-guided acupressure techniques woven into the yoga practice, in place of the acupuncture session.
